1. Acceptance of Terms

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on halojp. Creating more than one account by the same user is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without a refund.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name as shown on your ID, an active email address, phone number, and date of birth. False or invalid information may result in your account being frozen during the identity verification (KYC) process.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and your account secure. Contact the halojp support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
Our platform may only be used by individuals who are at least 18 years of age. halojp reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account suspected of being used by an underage user until verification is complete.
3. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
Users must use the halojp service solely for legitimate entertainment purposes and in accordance with applicable terms. Any form of misuse, including fraud, money laundering, collusion between players, or attempts to manipulate game outcomes, is a serious violation that may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Any content uploaded or shared through the platform's communication features must not contain violence, hate speech, inappropriate adult content, or misleading information. halojp reserves the right to remove such content and take action against the accounts responsible.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing anyone to access your account on your behalf is prohibited.
- Using a VPN or IP masking service to access restricted regions is prohibited.
- Any action that could disrupt the stability or security of the platform's systems is prohibited.
4. Financial Transactions and IDR Payments
All financial transactions on halojp are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits can be made through a variety of available local payment methods, including bank transfers (BCA, Mandiri, BRI, BNI) and digital wallets such as GoPay, OVO, and Dana. The minimum deposit amount typically starts from Rp50.000 depending on the chosen method.
Users are responsible for ensuring that funds used for deposits originate from a bank account or digital wallet held in their own name. The use of third-party accounts without authorization may result in account suspension and further investigation by our security team.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within a few minutes to several business hours, depending on the selected method and any additional verification requirements. halojp reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests suspected of being linked to suspicious activity or a violation of these terms.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to their respective bonus terms and conditions, including rollover requirements that must be met before funds can be withdrawn. Users are advised to read the full bonus terms before claiming any offer.
5. Account Suspension and Closure Policy
halojp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a user's account if a violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct harmful to the platform or other users is detected. Suspension decisions are final unless new evidence is submitted through the official appeals process.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may submit a request through the customer support team. Any remaining active balance will be processed for a refund once identity verification is complete and it has been confirmed that no transactions are still pending or in dispute.
Accounts that remain inactive for a specified period may be subject to an inactivity administration fee in accordance with the policy in effect at that time. Users will be notified via their registered email before any fee is applied, giving them the opportunity to reactivate their account in time.

7. Limitation of Liability and Applicable Law
halojp provides its services on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, errors, or data loss.
